A free app bringing a ‘mystery shopping’ concept has been released in the UAE.
Available in both English and Arabic, ShopperInput connects businesses to shoppers who voice their opinion on services, and provides these companies with real-time data.
Developed in Dubai by Ethos Integrated Solutions, ShopperInput allows companies to request information relating to customer service, product placement, and quality of the product. Shoppers will be able to provide pictures and video feedback.

Location tracking and check-in data allow companies to monitor the performance of their locations, and determine changes needed to improve customer experience. The app can also inform companies of concerns in areas such as product placement, and provide insights on competitors’ performance.
ShopperInput requires no minimum payment or a minimum number of mystery shopping ‘jobs’ to be provided by a business.
The app is now available for download on both Apple AppStore and the Google PlayStore.
