Fiberglass Spiral Concentrator is a mining and beneficiation equipment. Spiral concentrator working principle:

Fiberglass Spiral Concentrator mainly has two kinds of motions, one is tangential circulation and the other is lateral circulation. The lateral circulation is determined by certain characteristics of the tangential circulation. Because the upper water flow is fast, the tangential velocity is large, and the centrifugal force is large, it is pushed to the outer edge; the lower water flow is low, the centrifugal force is small, and the gravity Under the action, it flows to the inner edge along the direction of the transverse section, thus forming a transverse circulation. It can push the light mineral gangue floating in the upper layer to the outer edge to become tailings, and at the same time push the heavy minerals in the lower layer to the inner edge to become concentrate, thereby improving the separation effect.
